Nibbling is like an addiction. It's a habit that is difficult to overcome! Quite often, snacking occurs during a moment of idleness, when you have nothing to do, or it compensates for some form of boredom or stress. If you want to avoid the cookie jar, the best solution is to have a busy schedule and... a busy mind. Take the time to write your weekly schedule (day by day) on a sheet of paper that you always leave in plain sight. Fill in all your family projects / meetings, administrative tasks, food shopping, sports outings, cultural visits (museum, cinema...), and all your other tasks. So, have a schedule brimming with things to do and you won't have time to think about going to open the refrigerator!
